Within my website I host several subsites for customers. Currently it is a manual process. The custmers send the domain name to the webmaster, and the webmaster manually registers it through the hosting company. Now we want to automate it through ENOM. We
want to register a doamin on the enom dns server and then poin that domain name (say jimandjill.com) to a folder in my current site. Will be greatful if some one suggests how to accomplish it.

I have the same requirement. I want to create sub domain for each user who registers on the website. I have checked the API doc and there is a function. I can create new domains but have't got a clue to create sub domain
Below is the GET request I send from ASP.Net HTTPWebRequest Object
now if I replace mynewdomain with
abc.mynewdomain .. it does not work ( notice the dot (.) )
I also need to somehow point the new subdomain to a folder under the root folder
folks please advise :)

I don't completely understand what you are trying to achieve.
I did find that your URL is missing a 'c' before 'ommand'.
After I changed that, I was able to see what you're seeing.
That's something that is handled from code so I can't tell what is happening behind the scenes.
For URL manipulation, you can use ISAPI Rewrite
http://www.isapirewrite.com/ which gives you a lot of control with the URL and querystring.
That may be what you're looking for.
