Just a quick question i am sure should be very easy.
I am using the CSS adapter to format a horizontal menu on my master page.
On some pages i also have a tree view control, i would like to turn off the CSS adapters for this tree view and revert back to the standard controls for it. i.e. i would like to format the view using just a skin i created previously.
The question is how do i turn off the adapter for this control?
I have no TreeView CSS file in my themes folder and and have tried both setting the cssSelectorClass to nothing and removing the cssSelectorClass completely but the TreeView will still not display my skin or any of the default 'auto format' styles. The only
thing i can think of is that the adapter still has some control over it somewhere?

The classes that are being adapted are listed in App_Browsers\CSSFriendlyAdapters.browser. Try editing that file by removing all of the elements that look like this:
That will configure your site so that it no longer attempts to adapt instances of the TreeView class.
However, the problem is harder to solve if you want your site to sometimes adapt TreeView... but not always. Currently, the kit doesn't support that sort of hybrid situation.

Hi, thanks for the tip, in the end i had more of less figured myself that they couldn't be turned off individually so went ahead and reproduced my tree view in CSS instead :o)
