I've made a project in VS.NET 2003 and it includes hebrew texts. now the project is encoded with UTF-8 both in the HTML parameter and on top of the aspx page : Culture="he-IL" uiculture="he" ResponseEncoding="utf-8" .
On my local server it works just fine. But I have support to right-to-left languages and my encoding language is Hebrew (additional encoding) though on my web server It wont show hebrew for controls which their values (which include the hebrew text) is given
before runtime, for them it shows gibberish. Those hebrew texts which are assigned as values to controls or being responsed to the page from database on runtime are showing just fine.
What can I do? I don't want to assign all hebrew text properties to the controls on runtime it just seems like a waste of time?
Any solutions from anyone.

Try the link below to do Unicode encoding in VS 2003. Hope this helps.

That sure does. Thanks a lot. The problem was that I saved it unicode but without the signature. And that is what makes all the difference.
