I have several child portals under my main site that have been working fine. I visited one of them today and was amazed to see that there was no content. I have the main header and the menu items but there are no modules being displayed on the pages. You
can go here to look at it
I haven't touched this site in months but I have been working on other child portals. They are working fine. I have no idea when this loss of modules started.
I poked around the database and it looks like the modules are there - just not being shown for some reason. The modules are primarily htmltext modules and I can see the text that *should* be there if I query the htmltext table and specify the proper moduleid.
I'm stumped as to why it is not displaying. I'm getting no errors that I can see.
As a side note, what's the trick to displaying the full text from the htmltext module? When I say select * from htmltext where moduleid=xxx in Query Analyzer, I only get part of the text returned. How can I make it display all of the text in the field?
Thanks for any help,

Try logging in as host. Go to Admin>Site Settings. Under host settings check the portal expiry date. If the portal has 'expired' it should show that message on the home page but some skins undo this.
Hopefully thats your problem!

I was just coming back to the forum to post this very solution! I was thinking it had to be skin related so I was playing around with applying different skins and on one of them the Expiry message showed up.
Any idea what it is about some skins that prevent this from showing up?
