We're deploying a HMC setup. One thing I cannot get a grip on is how to setup mail enabled groups for organisations. Is there a procedure how to set this up?
Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about distribution lists?
This is from the HMC documentation.
Creates a distribution
The following security requirements apply to the CreateDistributionList procedure:
The CreateDistributionList procedure requires the following input parameters:
LDAP path of the containing organization.
name of the preferred domain controller.
UserPrincipalName of the user with the managedByrights to the group (<user>@<SMTPDomain> e.g., user1@
name of the distribution
– Retrieves the organization’s domain name.
- Get the organization’s type.
Directory::CreateGroup – Create the distribution group.
Active Directory Provider::Set Properties – Set the managedBy property of the group to the user.
procedure returns the group name and path of the distribution group.
Typical usage for the CreateDistributionList
procedure is as follows:
<execute namespace="Hosted Exchange" procedure="CreateDistributionList"
<after source="executeData" destination="data" mode="merge"/>

The procedure I was looking for is Exchange Provider - MailEnableGroup. Somehow we do not seem to have the procedure Hosted Exchange - MailEnableGroup ... However from the docs it should be available?
Thanks for your reply!

There doesn't appear to be a sample XML installed with the solution, but the documentation provides the syntax for the XML. Are you getting an error when you try to run this? The call would look something like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<execute namespace="Hosted Exchange Ex" procedure="MailEnableGroup" impersonate="1">
<after source="executeData" destination="data" mode="merge" />
or am I missing something?
