I was having a problem in which the "create account" button on the Default.aspx page was showing a selection border wider than the actual image when you clicked on it.
I eventually tracked down the problem. I had used the "Format Document" menu option in VWD on the Default.aspx page, and this had put a line break between the <a href="Register.aspx> element and its associated <asp:Image> element. The line break was interpretted
by the browser as meaning that there was some white space inside the <a></a> tags, which was causing the border problem.
Has anyone else noticed this, and if so, is there a way to stop the "Format Document" menu option screwing up your <a> elements?

Sorry, that wasn't it. The problem came back.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I have now sorted out the problem. The Frame.css file has a .button class style rule but it didn't specify a width for the button image. I added "width: 140px" and now it is working fine.
