I am looking for updating my website from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 that is just released. Can anybody outline the update procedure other then recreating the whole site with new install ?
Thanks for the help!

Well, don't know if this is a 'best practice' but I generally start updates by backing up my folder contents, and database. You can't get back what you don't have, right.
Then, it's pretty much the same as any other version, so long as you have the auto update in your web.config, i think.
- unzip the new release to your root folder location, and the files will get overwritten, just remember to use the folder names when unzipping.
- check your web.config against your saved one in the dnn/website folder to make sure it matches your previous settings for machine codes, and connection strings
- then, I'd cycle IIS, sometimes cache prevents the scripts from firing.
- browse to the site, and the update process should kick in.
I did it that way, and had no issues. Now, I'm using a test box running sql2005, windows pro sp2, and this is local install, not a remote install on a hosted server, so you may have to adjust the method for a different setup.
