I'm using DNN for an intranet site and all the users profiles were created from Active Directory. For some reason the time zone for each user was set to (UTC 00:00). Can someone tell me where this setting is stored in the database so that I can go in and
change it to (UTC -05:00) Eastern Time? Or is there a way to change it without having to go into each user's profile. I have 220+ users and this would be very time consuming.

I found it in the aspnet_Profile table. There is a TimeZone entry but when I change it from the default "1" (UTC 00:00) to a "4" (UTC -05:00) nothing happens when I go and look at the changed profile on the website their Time Zone is still (UTC 00:00) Dublin,
Edinburgh, Lisbon, London. What do I have to do to get it to (UTC -05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)?

Oh yeah, I mispoke... I meant aspnet_Profile table.
But I believe it should be -300 for Eastern time (-300 minutes from GMT).

Did you ever find a solution to the time zone issue.
Thanks in advance

Sort of...I found the table (aspnet_Profile) where the information was stored but when I changed the row to reflect the new time zone the changes weren't getting picked up. So I basically edited each user manually through DNN. :(

Thanks for your reply Rybak,
Unfortunately this wont work for me as I'm trying to get the forum posts (using the core forum) to display the correct time and date of a post. It's not very convincing when a user posts to the forum and the date displayed is yesterday's date.
Well got to find another solution I suppose

note that DNN 3.3.0/4.1.0 will come with a new membership provider - I expect, that doing these changes will be much easier.
