I have setup the consolidated hosting platform 3.5. I can create a dns zone but not delete it from the mps control. Getting error unauthorized. What account does the control panel use to add zones?
Another issue is > I deleted the zone manually from the dns server and now the mps control panel thinks the zone still exists. Where does dns information get stored for the mps control panel?

I've got the same error.
When I use provtest and the xml file, I still get the same error.
Any more ideas? Is it possible to delete the information manually on the MPS server?

Not sure if this is still an issue, but be sure that the delete request contains the credentials of a user that has DNS admin permissions on the DNS server. For example, in the solution documentation, the external DNS servers (DNS0x) are not part of the
domain. Considering this, the credentials that should be provided are the DNS01 local administrator (dns01\administrator), not the main hosting domain admin (fabrikam\administrator).
Also, I've seen that when you fail to pass any credentials (ie, leave them empty) in the dns request, the dns provider dies and all future dns provisioning requests will fail. The only way to fix it is to restart the MPS COM object (engine).
Hope it helps someone.
