I found when get local resource ,it is the virtualpath passed to expressbuilder to get a provider. And it seems my usercontrol's virtualpath is just a file name like login.ascx. I can not override virtualpath since it is a internal method. If it is only
filename that is matter, how about same filename but under different folders?

Does localresource only rely on file name, not file path? please give me some idea. thanks
