Is it possible to make an .html page render like an .aspx page ? I'd like my .html pages to render like my dotnetnuke default.aspx page if it is possible

All pages render in HTML, plus some client side scripting if you use certain controls. The browser doesn't understan what an ASPX file is.
So your answer is "Yes." If you want the answer to the question you really wanted to ask, ("How?") you'll need to tell us what you mean by "render like my dotnetnuke default.aspx page."

This is what i'd like to e ale to do:
http://www.myDNNinstallation.com/default.aspx is rendering just like it should but i'd like
http://www.myDNNinstallation.com/default.html (copy of the default.aspx file but with different extenssion) to render exactly the same way creating a .html sit to be a hidden DNN site in reality

You can't change the ASPX extension to HTML and have a HTML page. None of the ASPX code will process. You also can't replicate a DNN page directly in HTML since DNN uses a database to provide the pages and you cfan't access a database for content in HTML.
Maybe if you explained why you need to do this we could suggest a useful solution.
