I may be mistaken, but I don't remember seeing anything about that in the dev guide. It has been a while since I've checked it out, tho [:P]
As I'm sure you know, you can set this globally in the host settings. I think you can also set it in the module's
ModuleConfiguration property, which is an instance of the
ModuleInfo class. Look thru these properties.

I stand corrected on this specific case which is from DNN GUI for a core module. The URL from Host points to a general URL and each module can point to its own URL as stated by
flanakin. Sorry for the confusion.
Programatically the post above should work too, but you don't really need it for an already installed module. Furthermore this can be personalized using the XML file for each module at install.

I'm assuming the URL in the module definition control is for the Online Help link in the action menu, but changing it didn't do anything for me. I guess it's cached or being overridden.
You also mentioned something about changing the URL in an XML file. Were you talking about the RESX file help text that I just mentioned? Just checking. Not sure if there's something new I hadn't noticed [:)]
