So, I developed a simple custom module in my testing environment. One of the function of the module works like a newsletter module, where user type in email, and it save the email into a custom table in database. It works out fine. So, I packaged all the
relevant file into a folder, zip it, and upload the module to my production site through "Host->Module Definition". It loads up ok The UI is there. However, whenever I type in an email address and click "Add", it always throws an error "The stored procedure
'MyStoredProcedure_AddEmail' doesn't exist.'
The strange thing is when i open up my database, that stored procedure is actually there!!
My production site is using DNN 4.02, VS2005, and SQL2005. I developed the module at my development site based on the DotNetnuke module template using VS2005 (and by following the steps outlined in the guide
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
