I am experiencing a weird behavior with the RSS module.
Basically, the problem is that it render HTML tags as text rather than rendering HTML.
For instance, here is what an article would look like:
<P>I think I won the prize for the 'geekiest' pumpkin on our block... </P> <P align=left><IMG src="http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Portals/25/halloween1.jpg" border=0> </P> <P align=left>Long live DotNetNuke!</P> <P align=left><IMG src="http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Portals/25/hallowen2.jpg"
I think I won the prize for the 'geekiest' pumpkin on our block...
Long live DotNetNuke!

I figured out what the issue is so I figured I would share it with the community.
Open the XSL file RSS91.xsl and modify line 14:
Replace it with:
<xsl:value-of select="description" disable-output-escaping="yes" />
That does it.
