I will answer to my own question. Since I figured out.
Eventhough Frontpage server extensions are installed on the server from the control panel Add/Remove programs and Add/Remove windows components then so on. But on IIS 6.0 web site, server extensions should be configured.

That's not entirely accurate. You do not need FPSE to run VisualStudio 2005 or ASP.NET apps. Using FPSE to publish your app is one option, but there are other methods. And yes, if you're going to use FPSE you do have to configure the extensions for the

i have bump to this same problem, this the situation, i try to publish my web appz to our Windows Server 2003 from my development PC using Visual Studio 2005, but it ask for the FPSE, it said that i should install it first in the server, but you said that
there are other ways in publishing a web appz in its server??? please tell me how?
