Can I download just the VB.net webfiles? I'm hosting with 1and1.com so I can't download it and 'install' on their servers. I'll have to open the files, then open VS.NET (connecting to 1and1.com hosting), copy the files over and build the solution.
Is this possible or I'm I going about it all wrong?
Thanks and have a great weekend,

I'm not quite sure on your method of "installing" to the 1on1 servers but here is how I do it for my site (Pesonal Web Starter Kit).
While there may be more to this than what I have specified it is pretty much how I do it each time. I think that most developers that are new to ASP.NET 2.0 will probably not do the pre-compiling part as they
might be mistified as to the whole idea of the bin folder and runtime vs. precompiling their sites. Plus with so many people using the Visual Web Developer Express there is no interface to pre-compile the site, you have to do this through the aspnet_compiler.exe
in the .NET 2.0 install directory.
I hope this is what you were after in terms of a guide. If not post another reply.
