Hi every body :)
I want to ask why dnn use "/tabid/56/Default.aspx" url structure and doesn't use
"/Default.aspx?TabId=56" ? which explained in SiteUrls.config
Is it some thing in security or what?

The first way is with Friendly URL;s turned on and the second way is with it turned off. You can use the SiteURL.config to further enhance thai such as if you wanted a link from an external source to point to
http://www.YourDomain.com/about/contact.aspx or something similar. The document on Friendly URLs explains the format and how to set up the SiteURL.config for this behavior.

It won't work like that since asp.net needs a file name. I did create a work around but its not really a fix.You can create a folder named contact like you have in your example, put in a default file such as index.htm that contains a meta tag refresh to
the actual page you want it to land on. I had to do that on one a site I transitioned to DNN since there where a lot of external links to specific folders.
