I have just released the latest version of SQLGridSelectView - Version V3.3. This version supports some requested features that I finally got a chance to implement over the holidays.
Column formating is now supported - You can either specify a specific class to be used for a column, or define the width, height, alignment and/or format.
A second Text Search filter has been added along with a new filter called a "Condition". Conditions allow the user to define a filter clause that is added to the generated select based on the end user checking checkbox. This is handy when adding an absolute condition
like "Country= 'CA'.
Also added are Header and Footer sections that will allow users to place some detail explaining the resulting Grid display. Standard substitutions will be performed in the two sections.
Also, I have finally included a module.css with the module. You can request that the default classes be used by checking a selection on the edit form.
I still working on getting this module to play nice with SQL Express, but the module does work with SQL 2005 and all other MS-SQL versions. Including MS-ACCESS, Oracle, and any other ODBC compliant database.
Also, this module is available only at my new site -
Happy New Year and enjoy!

I have discovered a problem in the initial release of SQLGridSelectedView V3.3. This would cause the module to fail on installation.
A corrected version has been created and is available at
Thanks to all for the feedback.

I have release a new version (3.3c) that address several minor issues that arose from the initial release of V3.3.
I have also added the ability to define the Dropdown text for "ALL" and "Not Applicable" so the labels can be localized on the resulting display.
A latest version is available at www.TressleWorks.ca
Thanks again to all for the feedback.
