I had installed :
I "Build" it successfull in VWD but when "Run", it has this error:
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\Documents and Settings\Duc Quang\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\WebSites\Jobs Site Starter Kit1\App_Data\JsskDb.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be
opened, or it is located on UNC share.
How do you resolve this problem?

Don't manually build it.
If you follow the directions and create a new web site off the template you just press CTRL+F5 to run it. I had no issue with the same environment you have - VWD/SQLExp2005.
It works just like all the other starter kits. They are not apps you install they are starter kit templates. You create new web sites from the template and let VWD take care of the virtual install and db for you.

I don't know what the problem might be with that one. It works for me.
I can open VWD and my JobSiteStarterKit1 web site and then go to the Database Explorer and I see a red x next to JssdDb.mdf showing no connection.
If I click the expand button (+) VWD cranks for about 10 seconds (starting SQLExpress?) and attaches to the Db displaying the Diagrams, Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, etc.
Are you trying to look at it in App_Data from the Solution Explorer? If so, you have to go to View and add the Database Explorer to your Env. If not, I just don't know.
