When I deplyed DNN3.2 I realized there is a new menu at the right of the search bar for users to choose which language they want the page to display in. Is there a way to get rid of the country name in the list? for example from "English (United States)"
to just "English" ?
Thanks in advance

Actually I already have bought this module and it's quite useful too.
How do I disable the DNN localization menu then?

the language selector is integrated as any other skin object (SKO) into the skin you applied to your portal. Having a look into the skinning guide, there are two alternatives to define a skin: as HTML file, that will be compiled during upload into an ascx
file or as ascx file directly. in the first case, you have to remove the [language] tag from the file, repack and upload the skin package, in the second case, you remove the <dnn:language ...> tag from the ascx file.

You have a set of free components for localization at:
Look for DSLocalizator. The locale selector is fully customizable. You can define templates to create your own layout. a sample with flags is included.
