I have an application that I am finding hard to integrate in dnn so as an interim measure I was going to use the iframe to display the app in dnn. Instead of using fix width and height coordinates, can we use client.width and client.height in the iframe?
or is there a way of specifying what the site of the iframe should be based on the size of the embedded application?

IFrame SSI script II- © Dynamic Drive DHTML code library (http://www.dynamicdrive.com)
this script does work . Add the script to default.ascx and make sure the iframe id matches the iframe id in the script. which means you will need to mod the iframe module to set the id
It sets the height of the iframe to the external page - you do not need to add any code to the external page

I tried implementing the solution you suggested
1. I copied the script into the default.aspx
2. modified the dotnetnuke.iframe solution to generate a id
FrameText.Append(""" id=""myframe"" ")
Compiled and copied the dll to the dnn bin directory
I am still not getting anywhere with this. I tried loading
www.smh.com.au and i get a jscript error with permission denied.
Any clue what i am doing wrong?

This is the changed iframe string
FrameText.ToString "<iframe frameborder="no" id="myframe" src="http://www.smh.com.au" height="" width="" title="" name="" scrolling="auto">Your Browser Does Not Support Frames</iframe>" String

Ok just tested on my site and yep it does not work - however I actually set it up on a client site under a earlier DNN2 version and it is working ok there. After Christmas I shall have a look at it again and see why it does not want to work I shall extract
the java script from the client site and compare to the stock standard version - if there were changes made I shall post it for you. The rule here is that every mod to the DNN code is recorded but I don't allways worry about non dnn code so there may have
been some mods to the java script.
have a merry christmas and I hope a fireless one
