I have a questions about the Rainbow Portal.
Can this software be used as a Learning Management System?
Is it SCORM 2004 compliant?

I would be interested in your thoughts and comments about dotnetscorm. I have been searching for a .NET based LMS system that is Open Source so I could have the flexibility of tailoring it to my needs. I am familiar with Moodle, the Open Source PHP based
LMS and to fully use it you really need Linux servers, which in my MS o/s based environment is a bit of a task to pull off (not the actual networking part, just getting everyone convinved to use Linux).

My company (WillowTree Consulting, Inc.) just release our DotNetNuke SCORM LMS Portal v1.0.0. You can get info, watch tutorials, and even demo it at:

The price is dependant on # of users, support requirements, and if you require customizations.
There is a quote request form on the site that we use to determine cost etc:
Yes, full source code does come with purchase.
