I'm having some issues installing 4.0.1 on a 2003 Server 64-bit. I beleive I have the permissions set correctly, etc. I keep getting "The page cannot be found" Is it possible to run on a 64-bit server? Are there some logfiles somewhere that I could check?
I created a simple .aspx page and it won't display either.
Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure the server is set up correctly? Is Asp.net enabled in IIS? This sounds like a server setup issue to me and not a DNN one, since you say you created another page and it will not work either. You could check out the event viewer as it may give
you a clue as to what is failing if you have everything setup properly.

One of the things I keep on getting caught on is the Runtime selection i the setup... Have you made sure it is set to ASP.Net 2. Also check to make sure that you have a new application pool set up for the .net 2 to run in. I found that if I did not configure
it up to run seperatly it did not work.
Have you looked at the following post, it might help...

We have been testing a DNN 4 installation on a 64-bit server. Out of the box, security in IIS 6 changed a bit from IIS 5. Go into
IIS Manger and expand your server in the list, then select
Web Service Extensions. Right click on .Net 2.0.50727 and select
Allow. Let us know if that fixes your issue.
