Is that what you are doing? BTW, you will know you have created a proper assembly reference if you see "myLib.dll" (and possibly "myLib.pdb") in the Bin folder of your web project.

My bad, I did not see the VS03 reference. Unfortunately, you cannot do this. VS03 will not be able to read the VS05 meta data for the assembly. When I try this, I get the following error.
"A reference to 'C:\vs05\Projects\HelloWorld\HelloWorld\bin\Release\HelloWorld.dll' could not be added. This is not a valid assembly or COM component. Only assemblies with the extension 'dll' and COM components
can be referenced. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component. [Ok]"
