Thanks for all the support you have provided previously. I have jsut upgraded my visual studio from 2003 to 2005 and facing certain referencing issues.
I had a console application which had the reference to WebApp.dll file. Now, that web project doesn't create a dll how can I reference to the web project. If I make any changes to the web functions they dont reflect on my console application anymore.
I have tried adding webapp as a web reference and also adding webapp in the same solution as console app and showing dependenccy on webapp, both of these tactics failed. I would appreciate if anyone can help me on this.

True this is a problem, but let me ask a question : why do you have to make a reference to your WebApp ?
If you have common tasks like business rules, try to put them in a class library project, and make reference to this project from your WebApp and your Console App.

Yes, that is the solution that I have adapted to. Create class library and refer to it from both WebApp and Console.
Thanks for the suggestion.
