Bummer. The "works on my laptop but not on my desktop" bug. The fix is well-known -- make it work on your desktop and it will work.
Look, you have to provide details. "Won't install" could mean that you have no hard drive space. Or that you have no network. Or that you typed "install" when the command is "setup." You'll get no useful answers with a description like that.
Now, post full errors, full details and what makes you think it "won't install." And read the posts and answer the questions. Did you correctly create a user account? If so, post the connection string. Test the database with Query Analyzer. Do it all

So you're actually using a third-party product to install DNN then. Have you checked with Todd Davis, the author of NUKEleus to see what he thinks might be the issue with his program?
