Having 150-200MB footprint is not uncommon, that's why debugging requires minimum 256MB (more if you keep other application besides OS running). However, not all of this memory is actually consumed. Managed (.NET CLR) heap space is not reclaimed until needed
so task manager is reporting more that is actually used. If other app needs memory, GC pass will release free pages. Amount of memory consumed depends on what do you do and how many symbols and binary components are loaded.
How much memory does you machine have installed?
