Thank you for quick respons. I have looked throug the Administrative tools but I can not find it. I have also tried to find it on the CD that came with the computer.
Is it possible to download it?

What version of XP are u running if it is the home edtion then you don't have it, and as far as I am aware you cannot download it,
I belive the alternative is to download ASP.NET Cassini Sample Web Server here

You can install IIS on XP home, it is simply not documented for security reasons (Imagine the web with as many servers as users! and what a pleasure for pirats ! )
Google at "IIS XP HOME" and you'll get it running in seconds.
Anyway, installing webmatrix also installs its own local webserver, you should even not need IIS.

Thank you for your help. I have now installed the commerce starter Kit an learning how to use it. I am new to asp, so I have a lot to learn, but it is fun.
