This UIP Block , is it worth to investigate and use ?

It depends a lot on the type of application you are writing
User Interface Processees are added to try and isolate the user interface from the business logic. They handle state and workflow in the main. So if you have an application that will have multiple UIs (for instance a Web app and a Windows Form) then they
are very useful. Also if you have a high degree of workflow type decisions to make, then having a seperate layer fro this makes sense.
In many applications it might be a bit of overkill.
