It's ok to accept the VSI as unsigned; see the download/setup instructions at
As for the other thing, make sure you're running Beta 2. The current VSI requires it, though there will soon be an RTM version. Open VS, go to File | New | Web Site. See if there is a web site template for the Atlas Hands-On Lab. If there is, just try using
the template. If it doesn't work, find the location of where your VS templates are installed locally (go to Tools | Options | Projects and Solutions, and find the project templates location.). Delete the Atlas template folder, and then run the installer
That may resolve it for you. If not, try this alternate approach. Get the VSI for a generic Atlas web site, at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/future/atlastemplate/default.aspx. Try running that. If that works, you can at least create an Atlas app on your own. Then go to the Walkthrough
topic on the documents page, at http://atlas.asp.net/docs. The Walkthrough will show you how to get started creating an Atlas application just using the blank Atlas web site template.

Thanks for the info ...
I determined the cause of the error the other day.
The moral of the story ... don't move your Visual Studio 2005 folder ...
the one that's under My Documents ...
There are 4 things that I found that point to it in one way shape or form ...
So I'm guessing that there are at least 5 *HEH*
The error should have been "I can't find your templates folder"
And not ... it's already installed.
Instead of pointing VS 2005 to the new folder location ...
I decided to move the folder back to the default location ...
This did seem to solve all my problems.
