I just thought I'd mention this and see if anybody else had seen my problem:
I created a simple RadioButtonList control with two options: Yes and No. I wanted to add
a little space around the text so a background color would show up better so I put in a couple
of non-breaking spaces, around the text and the control wouldn't work.
This was my code (I've underlined the charactes):
<asp:RadioButtonList ID="rbApprove" runat="server">
<asp:ListItem Text=" Yes " />
<asp:ListItem Text=" No " Selected= "true" />
When I ran the application, the radiobuttonlist would always return the item
where Selected = "true" even though the other button was selected. - I couldn't
get it to budge of of the default selected value. When I removed the characters
it worked just fine.
