I should check with 1 and 1 that they will allow u to run your dll's in the bin directory I tried out there UK company hosting of Asp.net and they would not let me run dll files as they said it could be used for doing damage to there system, I was trying
to run the PayPal web control's, the other issue I had with them was that they said it was Sql Server database but they would not let me use enterprize manager to mange Sql Server I could only use there web based system, I was not allowed to connect to the
databse with VS 2003 either ,so anyway after that I gave they up as a bad job and went elsewhere, so I should check that they will allow cutom dlls that may be the problem.
I could offer u a hosting to test on a known working host as I have a resseller plan that I experimenting with I at the moment. I run a hevily modified version of the commerce kit on there with no probleml.

Okay no problem I just thought that if u had only got 1and 1 as your hosting company u could try it on a host that is known to work.
After re reading your post have u checked to see if u have the objects named twice that are causing the error, as I had simialar problem when I named a stored proc the same name as something else just forget now what it was, although if u already have it
working elese where it doe's not seem likley that that will be the problem,
