Earlier I pointed out the entities, here is a brief high level definition of each of them. Games won would definitely need to be recorded, but I'm not too sure if there needs to be any points - sorry, but I'm doing this for someone else and don't have any
detailled info. I will get back with a detailled schema soon..
A season is a period of time over which a variable number of matches are played.
A match occurs on a specific day and always involves two teams.
A player is a person who represents a member of a team who participates in a game. A player can move from one team to another, even if the new team is within another division.
A division indicates a specialised rating between groups of teams.
A venue is a physical location where a match is played
A team is a collection of players who participate in matches against other teams. Teams can only play against other teams within the same division. For every team, the players (and number of them) can vary from game to game.
A game always involves exactly two players. A game always completes with one of the two players winning

I never released it because it was quite specific to the way we work our league, and I didn't think there'd be much interest in it

It's actually for a friend of mine who now lives out in the states.
I'm up for developing the database schema if somone could put together a module design prototype. If I've got the time I could also put together a template solution with all the projects.
Can I get anyone in on this to do the front end web users controls work ?
