Over the last months, we have been working on a new version of the Time Tracker Starter Kit for ASP.NET 2.0. This new version is currently running on Beta 2 and it is using the latest and coolest whidbey features. You can down load it from
http://beta.asp.net/default.aspx?tabindex=4&tabid=41 and you can post your feedback in the following forum http://forums.asp.net/1005/ShowForum.aspx.
We are looking forward to get your feedback on it
Thanks in advance

Error 9 It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. C:\Programas\ASP.NET Starter Kits\ASP.NET
TimeTracker (VBSDK)\TTMobileVBSDK\web.config 47
I have not changed a single byte after install.

I assume your filename is in the format TimeTracker.VSI.ZIP. Try removing the ZIP extension (revealing the VSI extension) and then opening the file. You should see the VS Content Installer start up and handle the file.
