The issue here is that something went wrong during installation (actually, it's saying that it can't continue with some of the steps because it thinks the core MPF installation steps failed), but this isn't to say that most things
didn't get installed. What you should look for is to see if the MPF related users and groups were created in Active Directory, MPF related databases installed on the SQL server, and the MPF Engine installed on the selected server.
If all of these were installed, then you can use the "Force" feature to mark the appropriate components as "Verified". This will tell the deployment tool to skip those actions and keep moving.
Keep in mind that before you do this, you need to ensure that everything was installed properly. No easy way to do this unless you know what you're doing.
