I am trying to send a newsletter out but do not understand how to do so. Everything with the community site is working great except this. I am running IIS 6.0. Is it possible to use my mail server i have with my ISP company. I see in the ISPadmin section
how you can set the smtp server. But i do not see a way to add the user name and password to it. I do not have exchange server on my server. However i do have a valid domain name going to my server. If you are a musician and you help me out with this problem
i can help you out with a great deal on a guitar...
thanks for the help :)

The standard CSK does not provide this feature but you can modify the source code to implement it and read the username password from WEB.CONFIG or similar..
The following are some related links and code samples.
