I would like to use Cassini as real web server for my Windows application (max 5 user in one time). Do you think that this is good idea?
Thanks for you proposals!

I would not recommend you modify the sample code to allow requests from external machines. Doing so would open up a huge security hole. Cassini was not created with this in mind and performance could suffer with multiple users.
If you want others to user your application you could find a web host that supports ASP.NET. If you get XP Pro it includes IIS 5.1, and allows 10 user connections to your machine.

Thanks for you advice. But, I don't want to use Cassini for webhosting, I need it as web server for my windows application (remote access).
Have you got any comments?

I do not understand what you intend. You say you need remote access, but don't want Cassini for web hosting? The Cassini Sample Web Server only hosts ASP.NET applications on the local machine. It doesn't host Windows applications.

I get exactly the same error.
I worked around it by checking the stream pointer for null, but do not understand why it is null.
