Not to sound like too much of a "Sales dude" (but I guess I am), but eQuest has the "MPS Quickstart Program." It focuses on providing a week long engineer/developer training. The program is customized to fit your paticular needs.
If you're interested, complete the info request form:

I tried this form page earlier - this does not work and got little concern if a company does not have a simple form page working how can they help me in deployment such an important & complex architecture...
I am sure no one brought this before and sent an email directly to
firstname.lastname@example.org . Please fix it fix for such a great company it does not look good.

I think that the best training material that you can get without any cost is to just do a test install using the install doc for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration. All the information is in there. You'll find that by performing a start to end install
you'll get an excellent idea of how it all fits together.
I think EQuest were offering their services. They are a great co that do good work. If you find that want to get serious and want to get the pros in, you probably coudn't do better.

IN case you haven't already found this link,
here is all the stuff for HMC3.
Alternatively, if you let me know what you want in the training exercises, I am sure I could put together something. You can email me but I'd prefer if you post so others can share or contribute.
Thought I would offer :-)
