  Cannot read documentation

  I am trying to load the documentation so I can load the CSK correctly (planning to install on a remote host with a remote SQL database.) However when I click on documentation I receive an error prompt: "The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost." How else can I load up the documentation? I'm assuming this is the only guideline to installing a portal CSK remotely, as I do not see a FAQ similar to the community CSK FAQ...... Thank you for any help.

  what do you mean "load the documentation" ? the "docs" folder is a set of .htm files.
