Ok, I have the answer to this question! It just happened to me here at work. What this means is that when you installed Visual Studio, you didn't select that template to install.....(odd, just what the error says!!! Funny we developers think it has to be
an error on our file system, because that's the approach I started with, too!) Of course the only time I don't install the full monty of Visual Studio, I'm asked to create a project in a different language!
Hope this saves time for someone!

For this just do this..
1. create folder of your project name (ABC etc.)
2. copy all the files of your project into it. execpt solution(.sln)
3.put it into your wwwroot floder and now open your project file (.vbproj)
thats it... because i get same problem and when i tried this it is working fine....
