  performance problem with resource files

  is there any particular problem of performances with resource files ? muy site is so slow .. sometimes it even not open !!! .... I am reading all meta tags and a few page titles + menus in resource files thank you for helping

  resource files get loaded into memory so they should not be the cause of your performance problem.
