On my windows 2003 web edition server, I have the following registry key: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\Client\ConnectTo\ Which has the following entry: Name: MyDatabaseServer Type: Reg_SZ Data: DBMSSOCN, MyDatabaseServer This information was never configured
to my knowledge, so did it pick it up from the domain controller? How did this get here? How do I add connections to my other databases, if they are supposed to be there? Thanks, akahara
What are you using to connect to the SQL server? I believe the SQL client installs this key.
