  Setting IIS Extended Logging Properties

  Is there any way to set the Extended Logging Properties e.g. cs-username from a within asp.net (e.g. a http module) or is the only way to write an ISAPI filter? Alledgedly this is possible in IIS 6 & Whidbey framework but I don't even have any definitive articles on this. We're on 1.1 and IIS 5 so that's where we'd like to do this from. Many Thanks, Brian.

  Brian, Look at following: System.DirectoryServices which is basically ADSI IIS Programmatic Administration Reference Directory Services to Configure IIS You definitely DON'T need to write ISAPI filter. Do not even consider it as an option, rather spent time on ADSI where I hope you will find something you are looking for.
