I have an web application deployed on IIS 6.0 and it has 2 webservice with some functionality
I tried to change No. of Worker Process, but when I calls web service sometimes it shows "Object Moved Here".
Whats wrong ?

It's likely that you have something that uses InProc memory. When you set more than 1 worker process, your returning page request may be handled by the other worker process, which may not have the same information loaded into memory. For example, if you
use Session State, approximately every other request could hit another worker process if you have that setting set to 2.
It's very rare that you need more than 1 worker process on the same server. If your site only needs 1 server and you don't have a need for multiple worker process (very rare), then just set back to 1 again and you should be good. If you need multiple worker
processes for some reason, or have a webfarm with multiple nodes, you should consider using StateServer or SQL Server state.
