Another option id the
Sharepoint Learning Kit (SLK), it is an OSS that MS released free of charge and is not supported and developed by the CodePlex community. It come with the SCORM engine/player source code that you could use to develop a SCROM engine for your LMS.
Though we cannot offer you the LMS free of charge or as OSS, we are willing to do what we can to work with you and your budget to make this an affordable solution. We could
even work with you on just integrating the player into your system.
If you would like more information about the LMS go to: http://www.brisingergroup.com/tabid/107/Default.aspx.
We also have a online demo of the software, video tutorials (http://www.brisingergroup.com/tabid/64/Default.aspx),
and can setup a private sandbox demo version if you need it for evaluatioin.
You can contact me directly via email: email@example.com.

I need to know the implementation using C#.NET.
Sample code would be greatly appreciated!
Note : I am using C#.NET (.Net FW 3.5) and SQL-Server 2008.

I have discussed your specified solution to my senior buddy, but not willing to use Sharepoint (I don't know why?)
Besides that, how can we implement Scorm with C#.

Our company has a taken strategic decision to develop a commercial open source LMS engine compatible with latest SCORM standards.
For that I need some direction.
Sep 30, 2009 11:34 AM|zonehenge|LINK
When you say "latest SCORM standards" are you referring to the new SCORM 2.0 standard?
Sep 30, 2009 12:10 PM|VijayJadhav|LINK
Yes, I am going to use Scorm 2004 standards.
