Does Micorosoft abandon support ASP.NET WebForms? How could I use it with HTML5? Is it a good idea to start learning Web Forms now?

If you don't need to maintain existing Web Forms app it's likely learn ASP.NET Core MVC and/or Razor Päges instead.
Technically speaking .NET 4.8 that includes Web Forms will be supported for the foreseeable future (for now it will; keep shipping with new Windows version) but won't see any ehancement.

No. Web Forms is part of ASP.NET and installed with Windows. ASP.NET gets security patches but not new features.

You'll need to expand on this question. HTML 5 can be used in any web application where the browser support HTML 5.

Learning is a personal journey. If you need to support Web Forms then it is a good idea to learn Web Forms. I still support Web Forms and classic asp. There are still a lot of Web Forms applications.
