What should be the reason of issue below?

The page does not exist. There is no way for the community to answer this question as we cannot see the folder structure or IIS configuration.
Is there a login6 folder in the application root? Does the folder contain a Default.aspx page?
If I recall correctly, this is a duplicate thread. I explained in your other post that that the domain resolves to the default IIS application. That might be correct maybe not. Anyway, you need an IIS support forum not ASP.NET.

Yes, the common reason for 404 error is that the server cannot find the page as you request.
Apart from what @mgebhard suggest, you could also self check in IIS for detailed exception information.
The official document tells that there are many different 404 subcodes:
IIS 7.0 and later versions define the following HTTP status codes that indicate a more specific cause of an error 404:
404.0 - Not found.
404.1 - Site Not Found.
404.2 - ISAPI or CGI restriction.
404.3 - Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) type restriction.
404.4 - No handler configured.
