How to run asp.net core 2017 application on the browser directly using local host address
I don’t want to run from the application?
I need this to check the changes I make in the application.
Right now I need to stop the application, before making any changes.

And if you want to make some changes to your code when the application is still running, it will be impossible. You must stop the progress first.
