  Unable to connect to RDP in Azure

  When we try to connect to Domain controller VM of azure environment, we are getting the error as below,

  "The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login"

  Any help pls ?

  Hi,

  By default only members of "Administrators" or users found in the "Remote Desktop Users" group are allowed to use RDP:
  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/security-policy-settings/allow-log-on-through-remote-desktop-services

  Hi Chait, 

  The issue can be with the Remote Desktop service on the VM, the network connection, or the Remote Desktop client on your host computer.

  You can check "Troubleshoot Remote Desktop connections to an Azure virtual machine" to help you solve the problem.
