Hi,
I have code that works when ran from visual studio.
However, when I try to use it as an exe, it fails with the below error.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

You're being told what is wrong. Your program needs the above mention DLL for RestSharp based on its version number and publickey token that the program wants that must be in the same location as the exe file so that .NET can find it.
Where is the RestSharp DLL?
Note: If you have not done so, every DLL that is in the Bin folder of the VS project must be deployed to the same location as the exe file so that .NET can find the DLL(s) at runtime.
